Simatic S7 PLC (S7 300/400)
A series of training solutions is structured to support service requirements and personnel programming using Simatic S7 Programmable Logic Controller.  There is also an additional module to allow personnel who have completed the S7 training module determined so that their S7 knowledge and competencies are recognized through EXERCISE and development as Siemens S7 Programmers or Siemens S7 Service Technicians.

Short Description
Able to recognize S7 hardware and can replace modules when an error occurs.
Able to operate software Step 7 to make it do certain tasks.
Understand the basic S7 instruction set and can make small modifications to the software.
Able to back up and restore the PLC program if needed.
Able to diagnose basic systems when problems occur.

This course has been designed to increase students’ knowledge of the S7 S7 and 400 Siemens communication and programming systems and will build on the knowledge of the S7 PLC Siemens system obtained on S7 Level 1 Programming and Maintenance courses.

Students will be able to communicate between the PLC and the program to a very high level.
