GATE Chemistry: Previous Years’ Solved Papers (Latest Edition)

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), conducted every year by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), is an all-India examination that primarily tests the candidates’ comprehensive understanding of undergraduate level subjects in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and postgraduate level subjects in Science. The GATE examination consists of a single paper of 3-hour duration containing 65 questions carrying a maximum of 100 marks.The GATE score of a candidate is used for admissions to various postgraduate education programs (e.g. Master of Engineering, Master of Technology, Doctor of Philosophy, etc.) in Indian higher education institutes, with financial assistance provided by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and other government agencies.
