DATA STRUCTURES AND ALGORITHMS

This book deals design of with Data Structures and  algorithms for basic computer programming.  It introduces various basic data structures and their applications. It includes the arrays, matrices, stack, queue, linked list, trees and heaps. Sorting algorithms, searching algorithms, hashing algorithms, graph algorithms, flow estimation algorithms with additionsl indication on spanning trees are also provided with appropriate illustrations. Asymptotic notations, techniques to assess time and space complexities of various algorithms are also covered. The book is intended for both regular students and candidates of competitive exam like UGC-NET|SET.
