Comprehension plays a very important role in the Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) as well as in the examinations conducted by State PCS (Public Service Commission).

This book focuses on the demonstrative approach to Comprehension problems asked in various competitive exams. The book has been divided into 2 Levels: Level 1 – Know your Passage which lists down comprehension passages covering a wide range of topics such as Economy, Social Issues, Sports, History, Religion, etc, Level 2 – Concentrate which contains both solved and unsolved passage based questions. Level 2 is followed by Master Yourself containing more passage based questions with explanations. The book lists down steps to solve comprehensions which are the strategies that will prove to be highly beneficial while solving comprehension passages. This book also contains Practice Sets which will help the students in practicing and self analysis. Solved Passages of Previous Years’ Examinations (2011-2015) have also been provided at the end of the book to acquaint the students with the type of passages covered in the examinations.
